Our unit situated in Burdwan (West Bengal) with 4 Nos of Submerged are furnaces with rated capacity of 6.5 MVA, 6.5 MVA, 7.5 MVA and 9 MVA is capable enough to produce around 50000 MT per annum of High Carbon Sillico Manganese / 50000 MT per annum of High Carbon Ferro Chrome / 62500 MT per annum of High Carbon Ferro Manganese in the same furnace.

The unit in Angadpur, Durgapur has 3 Nos of Submerged are furnace with rated capacity of

6.5 MVA, 6.5 MVA & 9 MVA. The total production capacity as of now stands at around 55000 MT per annum of Sillico Manganese/55000 MT per annum of High Carbon Ferro Chrome/68750 MT per annum of Ferro Manganese in the same furnace.

Our new venture in Durgapur unit is manufacturing of Stainless Steel which would be the first unit in eastern India of its kind. We are putting up the Stainless Steel manufacturing unit with the rated capacity of 100000 MT per annum to produce different grades of Stainless Steel in 200/300 series. Product Range would be from Flats / Billets / Rounds / Bright Bar etc. Trial run has already started & we expect the commercial production to start in April 2004 for the same.
